§ 10.02.110. Signs—Authority of town engineer.

    Provisions of this chapter shall not be effective until appropriate signs, giving notice of the prima facie speed limits, are erected on the road within the limit specifically designated in this chapter, in each particular instance.

    B.

    It is made the duty of the town engineer to erect appropriate signs giving notice of the speed limits upon portions of the public roads designated in this chapter.
