§ 10.10.040. Impoundment.

Latest version.

Any vehicle or equipment found to be in violation of section 10.10.030 may be impounded or caused to be impounded by any employed and salaried officer of the police department and/or the town code enforcement officer. The vehicle may be impounded in any garage or impoundment facility designated by the town.
