§ 10.20.010. Definitions.

As used in this chapter:

A.

"Parade" means any parade, ceremony, show, exhibit, pageant or procession of any kind, or any similar display, in or upon any street, highway, road, thoroughfare or alley of the town.

B.

"Parade permit" means the permit required by this chapter.

C.

"Person" means any person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company or organization of any kind.

D.

"Town manager" means the Town Manager of the Town of Paradise or his/her official designee.
