§ 10.20.080. Notice of issuance to public agencies.

Immediately upon issuance of a parade permit, the town manager shall send a copy thereof to the following:

A.

The members of the town council;

B.

The police chief and the fire chief;

C.

The town public works director;

D.

Any other town official and/or public agency who sent response comments to the town manager as set forth in this chapter.
