§ 10.34.020. Definitions.

  • As used in this chapter:

    A.

    A "motorized skateboard" is the same as a skateboard in all respects except that it is designed to be or can be self-propelled by motorized power.

    B.

    "Private roads" are those privately owned and maintained roads which are generally open to he public for purposes of vehicular traffic to serve commercial establishments including, but not limited to, those designated in Section 10.12.020 of this Code.

    C.

    A "skateboard" is a vehicle, device or conveyance with any number of wheels, with a riding surface of any design, and specifically includes roller skates, upon which a person may place one or more feet, and which is designed to be or can be propelled by human, and which is not classified as a bicycle.
