All streets, roads and addresses within the town shall be shown on the "street, road
and addressing map" on file in the planning department of the town. The address coordinator
shall place, or cause to be placed, all new street and road names and new addresses
on this map within fifteen calendar days of the naming of the street or road, or of
the assigning of the address. All new names or addresses shall be assigned in accordance
