§ 13.04.320. Exemption.

Latest version.

If a building or a portion thereof is destroyed by fire or other natural disaster, that building(s) will be exempt from the requirements of this chapter, provided the building is not expanded beyond its original foundation and/or the occupancy of the building does not change.
