§ 17.08.300. Site development regulations.

The following site development regulations apply within the resource conservation zone:

Regulation	Requirement
Minimum lot area (gross)	5 acres
Minimum lot width	150 feet
Minimum street/road frontage width	40 feet
Minimum front yard setback
Public street	50 feet from centerline
Private street	30 feet from centerline
Minimum side and rear yard setback	10 feet from property line
Maximum height above grade	35 feet
