The officers of the Paradise Redevelopment Agency shall be a chairperson, vice-chairperson,
executive director, deputy executive director, secretary, treasurer and agency counsel
who shall be the Mayor, Vice-Mayor, Town Manager, Assistant Town Manager, Town Clerk,
