§ 5.06.020. License/permit application: Filing and processing.

An application for the required business license and/or special event permit shall be filed with the office of the town planning director not less than fifteen (15) days or more than sixty (60) days before the date(s) during which the proposed activity is to be conducted. The application and its subsequent related town issued license and/or permit shall be processed by the office of the town planning director in accordance with applicable processing procedures adopted by the Town of Paradise either by council resolution or by administrative policy order of the town manager.
