§ 5.16.130. Employee work permits—Denial of permit.

The police department shall deny to such applicant a work permit if the applicant
has within a period of ten years prior to the application been convicted of any crime
involving gambling, larceny, usury, bribery, extortion, bookmaking, fraud, prostitution,
pimping, pandering, any narcotics violations and/or any crime involving moral turpitude.
