§ 6.04.042. Kennel.

"Kennel" means any lot, building, structure or premises whereon or wherein five or more dogs or five or more cats over the age of four months are kept or maintained for any purpose. Kennel definition shall not be construed as applying to a duly licensed veterinary hospital or public animal shelter.
