§ 8.08.060. Collection standards.

All collection, transportation, recycling, composting and disposal of solid waste by the franchisee shall be conducted in accordance with the most recent town adopted Paradise General Plan for the town, including but not limited to, the town source reduction and recycling element (SRRE), the town household hazardous waste element (HHWE) and the Butte County/Town Hazardous Waste Management Plan. The detailed performance standards and conditions regulating the franchise shall be incorporated in the agreement between the town and the franchisee.
