§ 8.40.130. Appeals.

Any person aggrieved by an act or determination of the town manager or the planning commission in the exercise of the authority granted in this chapter shall have the right to appeal to the town council. Any appeal must be filed, on forms provided, within seven days after the rendition, in writing, of the decision, by the town manager or the planning commission. The appeal shall be processed and duly heard in the same manner as provided by the appeals procedures established in Title 17 of this code.
