§ 8.61.060. Temporary dwellings with utility hook-ups.

Residential use and occupancy of up to two (2) temporary dwellings, including any temporary dwellings allowed under Section 8.61.050, utilizing hook-ups for water, sewage disposal, and/or electricity on an eligible property shall be allowed during the effective period of this chapter subject to a temporary use permit, and subject to the applicable requirements set forth in Section 8.61.070, standards.
