§ 9.18.250. Franchisee solid waste collection.

Section 9.18.140 shall not apply to the solid waste and recycled materials collection services performed by the town franchisee under Chapter 8.08 of this Code at the following locations except between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.:

• Skyway;

• Clark Road;

• Pearson Road between the intersections of Clark Road and Skyway;

• Schools and any other locations so designated by a town council adopted resolution.
