§ 10.10.060. Violation—Penalty.

In addition to the vehicle impoundment provisions of section 10.10.040 any vehicle owner or person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction with fines pursuant to Government Code § 36900. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue constitutes a separate offense and is punishable as such.
