§ 17.43.600. Required findings.

In order to approve a large family day care home permit application and issue its related day care permit, the planning director shall successfully make the following findings:

A.

The proposed large family day care home complies with all the standards and criteria contained in Section 17.43.500 of this chapter;

B.

The proposed large family day care home will not have a significant adverse effect upon the health and safety of the citizens or the community in general.
