§ 2.46.150. Environmental review guidelines.

The "Environmental Review Guidelines" of the Town of Paradise, as set out in Town Council Resolution No. 00-14, are adopted as the Paradise Redevelopment Agency's guidelines for evaluating projects and the preparation and review of environmental documents, except that the agency shall be deemed the lead agency under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and shall certify the final environmental impact report for a proposed redevelopment plan and subsequent environmental documents, if any, for proposed projects for which approval of the agency is required.
