§ 2.46.160. Investment of moneys in Local Agency Investment Fund.

A.

The Paradise Redevelopment Agency is hereby authorized to deposit and withdrawal of agency moneys in the Local Agency Investment Fund in the State Treasury.

B.

The executive director and the treasurer of the agency, or their designees, are authorized to order the deposit and withdrawal of such money in the Local Agency Investment Fund. (Ord. 390, § 14, 2003)
