§ 5.16.095. Existing licenses continued.

Notwithstanding the limitation imposed on the number of card tables set forth in Section 5.16.045, each valid, unrevoked and unexpired cardroom license heretofore issued by the town under predecessor regulations shall expire sixty days from the effective date of the ordinance codified in this title, and shall be subject to application for renewal within the time and manner provided by Section 5.16.050.
