§ 8.61.050. Initial use of temporary dwellings.

Residential use and occupancy of up to two (2) temporary dwellings on any eligible property that permits a residential use shall be allowed for an initial term of one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of this chapter was enacted subject to the applicable requirements set forth under Section 8.61.070, standards.
