§ 5.16.140. Denial—Appeal.

The action of the police department in denying such a work permit shall be subject to an appeal to the town council. Notice of such appeal shall be filed with the town clerk, within ten days after the denial of the work permit. Upon failure to file such notice within the ten-day period, the action of the police department in denying such work permit shall be final and conclusive.
